What is the difference between a standard clean and a "Reset"?

A standard clean is reactive; a Reset is restorative. We don’t just surface clean—we restore your home’s “Core Vitals” (kitchen, bathrooms, floors) and apply our signature detail-oriented systems to lower your mental load and give you back your time.

Can I customize my service with "Signature Additions"?

Absolutely. We offer a bespoke menu of additions including our famous Linen Cupboard Reset, Solar Performance Clean, Fridge Reset, and even a Family Dog Refresh. You can view our full Specialist Menu [here].

Do I need to be home for the service?

Many of our clients prefer to provide access via a key or lockbox so they can return to a finished “Sanctuary.” However, you are more than welcome to be home. Our team operates with total discretion and respect for your space.

What to Expect / Safety

Are your specialists background-checked?

Yes. Your safety and peace of mind are non-negotiable. Every Sorted specialist is carefully vetted, background-checked, and trained in the “Sorted Standard” of integrity and discretion.

Is Sorted Cleaning Co. insured?

Yes. Unlike many independent cleaners, we are a professional trade-standard company. We carry comprehensive Public Liability Insurance and WorkCover to ensure your home and our team are fully protected.

What products do you use?

We use commercial grade, premium, and low-toxic chemistries. We select products that are effective enough for a 5-star finish but safe for your family, pets, and the delicate surfaces of your home.

How do I prepare for my Reset?

To get the most out of your session, we recommend a light “tidy” of personal items so our specialists can focus on the deep restoration of surfaces. If you’ve booked a bed reset, please leave your fresh linens out for us!

How do I book a Reset?

What are your payment options?

We offer seamless, secure payments through our booking system. We accept all major credit cards and provide digital invoicing for your records.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to serve other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Do you service all areas of Darwin?

We currently service the Darwin, Northern Suburbs and Palmerston regions. If you are located in the rural area, please contact us directly to check our current field availability.

What if I’m not 100% satisfied with my Reset?

We pride ourselves on the “Sorted Standard.” If something isn’t meticulously done, please let us know within 24 hours. We will return to rectify it immediately as part of our 5-star commitment.

Can I book a one-off "Deep Clean" or must it be recurring?

While most of our clients prefer a recurring Reset to maintain their sanctuary, we do offer one-off high-impact cleans for special occasions or seasonal refreshes. 

Do you do Bond Cleans?

We often get asked if we do bond cleans! The truth is, our heart is in the Home Reset. Bond cleaning is a very different industry focused on ’empty shell’ hygiene. At Sorted Cleaning Co., we are specialists in Premium Lifestyle Maintenance, the art of the lived-in sanctuary, managing your linens, restoring your kitchen, and looking after your mental load. We leave the move-out cleans to the generalists so we can stay focused on the details that matter to you every day.”
